  • Workday/Lawson HCM Payroll implementation – Client replacing Lawson HCM & Payroll with Workday, and required consultant with a strong background in both Lawson and Workday.  Deliverables required deep expertise in: configuration build, integration build, best practices, and knowledge transfer to the client team.

  • Workday Supply Chain Advisor – Acting as a transformational change agent with responsibility for building strategies, architecture, and end-to-end solutions. Role required 10-year background in healthcare enterprise reporting directly to the CFO.

  

  • Workday Client-Side Project Management – Client replacing UltiPro HCM & Payroll and needed very seasoned consultant to partner with VP HR and VP IT on leading transformational initiative.  Deliverables included: driving execution milestones, developing frameworks, methodologies, executive team buy-in, user-acceptance strategies, etc.
